The color is a beautiful pale lemon yellow. In the nose, aromas of lime, lemon, passion fruit, golden apple, and crushed rock. Fine and regular bubbles give way to a kiss of vanilla, a hint of warm bread, and further delicate citrus notes, ending fresh with a touch of chalky texture. Best Now–2028.

We partnered with this 4th generation Champagne family led by Bertrand Waris to make this lively 100% Chardonnay Cuvée. Much like we do in California, the vines are hand-tended and hand-harvested. Organic inputs and low intervention farming are practiced in the vineyard. True artisan winemakers producing wines with meticulous care, both in the vineyard and the winery.
