The 2023 B. Wise Cabernet is a blend of some of our finest Cabernet blocks on the Estate. 2023 was nearly a perfect growing season, resulting in wines of incredible balance. Pure red and black fruits intertwined with mineral, garrigue, and spice notes. Fresh acidity gives the wine extra tension. Seamless French oak integration delivers lively texture with lengthy finish. 24 barrels produced. Best 2026–2040.
