Signature blue and black fruits of blueberry, blackberry, and plum. The fruits are accented by toasted oak and black pepper spice notes. Further nuances of red volcanic earth and vanilla in the aromas. A soft attack with slowly-building tannins provide an extended, firm finish.

Pair with crispy skin duck breast, duck confit and ribeye steak, or grilled portabella mushrooms. 4 barrels produced. Best 2024–2035.
