The B. Wise TRIOS 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon has a classic TRIOS profile, uniquely expressing the red soils of our Moon Mountain Estate Vineyard. Red cherry and red raspberry fruits lead the aromas with undertones of red licorice, star anise, vanilla, and nutmeg spice. Further notes of red earth and mineral accent the fruits. Fine tannins provide pleasing texture and a dry finish in this medium- to full-bodied wine. Best Now–2028.
