Full-bodied and dense, the 2021 Estate Tannat has a black, inky color. Intense blue and black fruits of plum, blackberry, and blueberry on the nose solicit a wow. Further nuances of black pepper, iron, and oak support the fruit. A deep and layered finish with fine-grained tannins. Overall, a big wine with pleasurable, long, caressing texture. 5 barrels produced. Best 2025–2035.
